All of you may very well know that attempting to lose weight is very difficult. Why is it difficult you may ask? Well its simple. The foods we put into our bodies. Most all foods that we have been a custom to eating have what John Rowley calls the Bee Sting effect. You may say what the heck is the bee sting effect? Don't worry this diet doesn't make you follow a strict guide line to eat only a few things its got a wide variety of good tasting foods. Plus you get to eat fatty foods. the good fatty foods. This diet also focuses on wiping out the nasty gut bug we all have from eating high amounts of sugar or foods that breakdown as sugar in our bodies. This allows our bodies to fully break down and digest the foods we do eat, get the nutrition from the foods we eat and then raise our metabolism to burn more and more fat. Our body's are fat burning machines naturally however they have been clogged up from false advertising and misleading marketing to make us believe they are good for us.
